Immersed in the vineyard and guided by historical cook cellars "Sunday", guests bearing the apron of an ordinance and a rolling pin will prepare at first hand the dough or a typical pasta. Preparation starts immediately after the toast, Sunday will explain that what we cook is what they eat, creating at once an environment collegiate learning. Following lunch or dinner.
Cooking School will last for 1 hour and may be enriched with a lunch or a dinner, where our guest will eat what they have cooked!

The dishes will be checked by Domenica the Chef and if they pass the quality test, they will be served during dinner or lunch!
